God has brought us to the place of high intensity joy filled worship that I call Celebrative Worship. I believe we are at the same place in receiving Jesus into our churches as Jerusalem was on the day Jesus entered. It is to be a time of great celebration as we welcome the King.

The Worship of this church will become 

• Exuberant (high spirited, brash, ardent, passionate, effervescent, enthusiastic)

• Jubilant (rejoicing, exultant, triumphant, elated, exhilarated, overjoyed, ecstatic, euphoric)

• Extravagant (excessive, exorbitant, immoderate, lavish, inordinate)

• The Worship will reflect what God is doing among us

God’s Glory will come upon us in greater and greater power as we become obedient to the Word of God, exuberantly grateful for the blessings of God, and  as we seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness in our lives. God’s Glory will cause bountiful financial provision to be poured out into our lives. Debt cancellation and unexpected income will grow and then multiply. Some will become channels that God will use to pour out thousands and then millions of dollars into His Kingdom.

Health

• As God’s Glory comes upon us we will all be healed.

• “And the LORD will take away from you all sickness,...” (Deut. 7:14)

            “And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, ²“Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD to the shepherds:… ⁴The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick,…) (Ezek. 34:1-4)

            “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. ¹⁵And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.” (James 5:14-15)

Prayer

            Prayer will become popular at our church as we rediscover its power. This church will become a place known for its prayer of faith. The impossible will not stand before the prayers of this church. Outsiders will seek our prayers and miracles will become normal again as in the days of Jesus and as in the days of the early church.

Witness

            We will become powerful witnesses to the goodness and power of God. We will testify to our family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and others about how the Glory of God has changed our lives.

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me…”(Acts 1:8)

The Name

            The name of this church will be changed to “House of Joy” because of the Lord’s presence here and will reflect the following scriptures:

• “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” (Ps. 16:11)

• “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. (John 15:11)

• “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. (John 16:24)

• “…though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory…”(1 Peter 1:8)

• ”Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.” (Luke 2:10)
