The Royal Rangers had a fun time on the February 2002 Camp Out. We went to Fort Anderson. There was a night time hike, some wonderful stew prepared by the Wolf and Black Panther Patrol cooks on a Chipawaw Kitchen and a pot hole fire. It was delicious. After the stew there was a council fire where each patrol presented a skit and Commander Galen gave the devotion on how mankind has worked together to solve many problems including staying warm in our homes. But there was one problem that man could not solve. It even took a team effort on the part of God and Jesus. And that problem was sin. You see because of our sin we must die. But God and Jesus worked together to create a way that we can go to heaven. The next day was filled with 7 exciting Challenge Courses, Skateboarding and Capture the flag. It was a fun campout as you can see from the pictures below.
