There are three leadership levels in the House of Joy Church Missionettes program:

Coordinator—woman who organizes and oversees our local Missionettes program.

Sponsor—woman who leads a Missionettes club.

Helper—woman who assists the club sponsor.

Requirements…...

The House of Joy Church Missionettes program follows the qualification guidelines established in the official Missionettes Coordinators Guide. To hold a leadership position, a woman must be:

Born again.

Spirit-filled or earnestly seeking the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Living a consistent Christian life.

Faithful in House of Joy Church attendance and supportive of programs and the House of Joy Church leadership.

Interested in the spiritual welfare of girls.

A member of the House of Joy Church (6 months or more).

Commitment…...

Each House of Joy Church Missionettes leader signs a yearly commitment that she:

Meets the listed qualifications.

Will perform the established responsibilities.

Will hold her position for the defined yearly term.

Selection…...

Ladies interested in working in the Missionettes program fill out a church worker application form. Our pastoral staff and Missionettes coordinator review all applications before anyone is allowed to serve in a position.

Training……

All sponsors and helpers complete the Missionettes Leadership Training.

Blessing……

Our pastoral staff prays a special blessing over our dedicated ladies who joyously serve as our Missionettes leaders. We are able to reach girls for Jesus because of our wonderful leaders.
