Have your awards ceremony on Wednesday night in the main sanctuary. Send home invitations 2 weeks earlier. Invite the girls’ parents to come to the awards ceremony, especially those who do not normally attend church. Each club takes the stage, one at a time, to receive their awards. Let each group perform a memory verse or song.

Promotion ceremony—Decorate using a garden arch decorated with white and colored tulle for each club. Give each girl a candle for added elegance. As she walks away from her sponsor, she carries her candle through the arch towards her new sponsor standing on the other side, where she hands her candle to her new sponsor.
