Good news, it’s Bowl-A-Thon time. This year is the 6th Annual Bowl-A-Thon. Each year The BowlAThon has been one of our largest fundraisers. This web site provides information for funders / donors about the BownAThon and the services provided to the youth and children of in the South Oklahoma City community. From this web site funders/donors can make pledges and/or donations. Bowlers can download pledge forms, flyers, and the letter to the parents as well as check out their group's progress.

What is the BowlAThon?

The BowlAThon is an opportunity for youth and children to raise funds by doing something fun - Bowl. Each youth and child (Bowlers) are given pledge folders and asked to collect pledges for each point they score. If you would like to make a pledge or donation then check out the Pledge on-Line page. On April 23rd, all of the bowlers meet together to bowl the best game then can in 3 hours. Using their best game score the amount due per donor is calculated and the bowler begins collecting the pledges. The money collected will be placed into that bowler's activity account for use by that bowler to participate in activities, outings, campouts, retreats hosted by or endorsed by House of joy Church (HOJC).  HOJC sponsors a number of wholesome activities designed to teach children and youth mentally, physically and socially. Such teachings include leadership skills, teamwork, coordinative and motor skills, and many more. HOJC uses materials developed by Missionettes and Royal Rangers and other materials as a basis for teaching.

This year the BowlAThon is also a way for funders to support our Missionette sponsors, Royal Ranger commanders, and Gravity youth leaders. We have asked each of these leaders to find 10 people who will sponsor their ministry by donating $100.
