Greetings in The Precious Name of Jesus! Answering the call to "serve the servants" is bringing me to the Oklahoma City area, again!

During the past twelve years, I have sought obedience in teaching more than 10,000 pastors, ministry leaders, board members, volunteers, and others the process of "building Biblical relationships with funders" to access money and other resources to serve people in communities across the country (and around the world). Although I teach how to do "fundraising" and "grant writing," my workshop is MUCH more than that! It is about trusting the Only Provider to meet all the needs according to His desire. But it also is about doing our part! We work as though it depends upon us--praying--knowing that it depends upon Him.

Money is NOT the problem blocking ministries or churches! Our Daddy owns the cattle on a thousand hills! There is money for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING you can imagine that serves other people! But most people don't know what they don't know. Well, this workshop is designed to answer the questions and help people KNOW what they need to know.

There are many factors involved in the process that I have written about and teach that work in building relationships with funders, with individuals, corporate-givers, foundations, churches, and the government. The three main parts of the process are:

1. The written document--the vision--in a compelling, convincing, and concise format and professionally written in an "other-orientation." Two thirds of the effectiveness of the written document is content. The other one-third is format. The written document accounts for 25% of the success of the overall process. Read Habakkuk 2:2-3. The written document MUST reflect YOUR character--and that of the organization.
2. The research (who to lay it in front of, when, what to ask for, etc. . .). You probably have many contacts with funders BUT don't know what you don't know. I teach that there is more than enough money within a 50-mile radius of you. I also show where to go locally at a library to find the research of individuals, corporate-givers, and foundations specifically for your area. The research accounts for 25% of the success of the overall process.
3. Developing the Biblical relationship from either an approval OR rejection. Ten lepers got what they wanted from Jesus but only one returned to show sufficient appreciation. What about when you don't get what you want? This is 50% of the success of the overall process. Although I cannot tell you how to DO relationships, I can give guidelines that people have found to work.

I believe and teach that we already have enough contacts with first- or second-generation relationships to fund everything that God has called us to do. We must allow Him to change our hearts and move us to where He is working. We must also yield, so that He can accomplish through us what we cannot even dream about. Again, our Daddy owns the cattle on a thousand hills and has not been the slightest effected by the stock market falling, the terrorist attacks, the war, rumors of war, or anything else. His economy is strong and His desire is to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.

In general, however, you must know what you know and be able to express what you know without telling everything you know!

Further, several large publishers and denominations have done studies on my workshop and materials and have agreed that 75% to 85% of the people whom have the information can do this process without any additional help. However, I am here to continue to serve you long after the workshop is over (at no additional charge!).

MONEY ISN'T THE PROBLEM. . . I teach a VERY relational process! No-one can "do it for you." EVERYONE WHO COMES TO MY WORKSHOP CAN DO THIS "PROCESS" FOR THEMSELVES! I give you samples, outlines, and incredible amounts of help. But YOU must invest the time and develop the relationships for yourself. ONLY YOU can DO your relationships--but I help you by understanding this process. I am available to help on retainer (average is $1,000 to 2,000) OR for no charge on a first-come, first-served basis . . . As soon as I receive printed information via snail-mail, I will put you in my "free file" on the waiting list to write a grant for you. Most will be empowered to learn the process and write their grant themselves and this they can do for ONLY for the cost of the workshop!
